ONE ON TWO (ONE TRAINER - TWO CLIENTS)


     1-on-2 personal training makes it possible for you and a friend, or other compatible partner, to work toward similar goals under my guidance. The objective is to encourage you to exercise properly and achieve your goals with the support of a partner, and is available in one of our locations or at home.
Your shared training sessions will be fun and motivational, and your results will be inspiring.
     Choosing the right partner is key. If your goal is to reduce body fat, it makes sense for you to work out with someone who shares that goal. Other goals might include improved cardio vascular health, weight loss, general conditioning toning or improved strength for a particular area. Share the trainer and share the cost.  A win-win situation.
 
IN HOME TRAINING
 
     You can get the same outstanding results working out in the privacy and comfort of your home as you can by training in a gym. My proven in-home fitness techniques include the use of free weights, jump rope, resistive tubing, Swiss ball ,etc. but i can also design a program with no equipment at all just using your own body weight. I can remove every piece of equipment out of the gym and still give you the greatest workout because of my extensive fitness knowledge and experience. 
 
GROUP TRAINING (CREATE YOUR OWN CLASS)

     Experience personal training with friends, co-workers or family members and SAVE BIG! Best of all, get in shape together. You and your partner will train at the same time while still receiving individual attention and nutritional guidance.
    
SPORTS SPECIFIC TRAINING

     Take your game to the next level. Speed, agility, balance, coordination, strength, power, endurance. Most sports require most if not all of these things. A slight improvement in any of these areas could be the difference between winning and losing in your sport.
 
 BRIDAL BOOT CAMP

 
     The BIG DAY coming up? With all the attention on you, you want to look and feel your best...especially for all those pictures!!! I'll design an intense fitness program to specifically target your needs and get the results you want even in a
shorter period of time.
